We endeavour to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their custom dress shirts, and they are made to the measurements and fit selected. If a problem does arise we will try to address it as quickly as possible.
We strongley recommend new customers use the tester shirt on their fist custom dress shirt order to enable minor adjustments to be made on subsequent orders with higher quality fabric.
If you receive products you're not happy with please contact us by email within 15 days of receiving your shirt and include photos that clearly show the problem.
If it is an issue with the fit we will require photos of the shirt being worn, the offending measurement on the shirt and a corresponding photo of your body measurement(s). This will help us understand what went wrong in our process. For all major defects we require the custom shirt to be sent back by regular registered mail. Although this may seem slow process we do like to find out what went wrong so we can offer the best solution for you. If the shirt was from a sale item then we reserve the right to offer similar fabrics.
The fabrics and other items we offer are described and photographed as accurately as possible, colours and designs may vary slightly.
